Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data are collected automatically through cookies in electronic form when you visit or use the Platforms, based on the legal ground of “data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” in cases where access is provided through the Platforms. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698

- Request information if your personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred be informed of the transaction made within this scope,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in compliance with the Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and request that the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred be informed of the transaction made within this scope,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
In order to effectively exercise these rights, you may send your request containing the necessary information to identify your identity and other information requested, as well as your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise from among the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, to info@armeniangoldsmiths.com via e-mail. Depending on the nature of the request, your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
