  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in compliance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and request that the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred be informed of the transaction carried out within this scope,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
